6 weeks for a standard kitchen, end-to-end. Larger or fully gut-and-rebuild projects: 8–12 weeks. Smaller refresh remodels: 3–5 weeks. Your locked quote includes a guaranteed completion date. If we miss it without an approved change, you get a credit.

How does pricing work?

After your AI preview, your dedicated BEDRHome project lead walks every line item (labor, materials, appliances, permits, finishes) in a single locked all-in quote. No "starting at," no scope-creep ambushes. Most kitchen remodels land between $35K and $120K. Bathroom remodels typically $18K–$55K. Financing options available through our partner network.

Who does the actual build work?

Your BEDRHome project lead manages the build using our vetted in-house network of local kitchen specialists: designers, cabinet installers, electricians, plumbers, tile/stone fabricators, painters. Every tradesperson on a BEDRHome project is licensed, insured, and quality-audited by us. You get one point of contact (your project lead), not a parade of strangers.

What's covered by your warranty?

Every BEDRHome remodel comes with a 2-year workmanship warranty: if anything we installed fails due to install error in the first 2 years, we fix it on our dime. Cabinetry, countertops, and appliances also carry their manufacturer warranties (typically 1–25 years depending on item).

What states do you serve?
